Past Research Paper

During my undergraduate years, I was a part of the Fintech and People Analytics seminar where I specialized in data science applied to human resources and finance. As a culmination of my studies at the seminar, I worked with my professor to analyze trends in ESG decision making in Japan and how it is affected by leadership and company statistics.
